All in all - had a fabulous 3 night stay. The venue was in a central location near the harbour at Banff and the quayside. It was 1 km from Pyramids Takeaway, offering quick-service food. Really enjoyed our place and would have extended the stay.

The units are large, cosy. It includes central heating, an iron, and a TV set.

The venue is placed in a central position right on the sea front. There's Munch within easy walking distance of the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

It has particularly good, incredible setting, very close to the harbour, the quayside and main shopping area. Besides, Salvation Army Citadel is really walkable.

The hotel is located a short walk from the sea with a great view and the quayside. It's around 4-6 minutes' walk from Banff Bay, which is thoroughly enjoyable. The location is very close to the main shopping area and is very quiet. The stay was really nice, and I 100% recommend it.

Great view of the sea from the window and the bed was really comfortable with memory foam bunk beds. The accommodation was well organized and clean, and the sitting area had a comfy sofa and a window seat with binoculars. The shower room was spotless and the hot water pressure was good. The host was friendly and communication was excellent.

The front door is a bit stiff and could be improved. There wasn't much to do in bad weather, but the crashing waves were impressive and the sound was soothing.

My stay at Harbour House was absolutely delightful. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The cozy wee housie had everything I needed and more. The bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable, and I especially loved the memory foam mattresses. The shower was amazing, and the towels and bedding were of top quality. The views from the windows were breathtaking, with the sea and harbor just a stone's throw away. Despite the weather not being on my side, I still enjoyed watching the crashing waves and listening to the soothing sounds. The host, Kate, was wonderful and the communication was great. I had a positive and pleasing experience at Harbour House and I'm already planning my next visit.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. as a middle-aged couple, the bunk beds were not the most comfortable option for us.

As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient location near the sea and the stunning harbor views. the cozy and well-equipped sitting/bedroom/kitchenette area had everything we needed. the bunk beds with memory foam were super comfortable. the shower was amazing with high pressure and top quality towels and bedding.

Felt like a home away from home, with exceptional service and attention to detail.

We absolutely loved the beautiful views from our room. It was such a treat to wake up to stunning scenery every morning. the location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the harbour. Everything we needed was provided in the room, and we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy a cozy Christmas dinner.

One small drawback was that we initially had trouble finding the pots and pans in the kitchenette. It turned out they were stored in a compartment under the microwave, which wasn't immediately obvious to us.

We really got our money's worth at this amazing little place. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed, including blankets, binoculars, and even hot water bottles! The location right by the harbour was perfect and we were treated so well by the friendly staff.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe adding some more variety or options.
